This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Sea B Music website. Purchases made from another retailer, marketplace, venue, or streaming platform are governed by that seller’s policy and must be handled through that seller.

1. Physical Merchandise Return Window

30-day return window
A customer may request a return of eligible physical merchandise within 30 calendar days after the carrier confirms delivery. The item must be sent back within 14 calendar days after Sea B Music approves the return and provides return instructions.

A return request made after the 30-day window may be declined unless the merchandise is defective, the wrong item was supplied, applicable law provides a longer period, or Sea B Music agrees in writing to an exception.

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, physical merchandise must be:

1. Unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered, except for a reasonable try-on of clothing.
2. Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, smoke, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.
3. Returned with original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging when they were supplied.
4. Packed securely so that it is not damaged during return transit.
5. Accompanied by the order number or other acceptable proof of purchase.

Sea B Music may decline a return or reduce the refund to reflect loss in value when the item does not meet these requirements, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a return is rejected, the customer will be notified and may be responsible for the cost of having the item sent back.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, materially different from the description, or applicable law requires a remedy:

1. Digital music downloads, downloadable albums, digital artwork, access codes, and other electronically delivered content after the file or access link has been delivered or accessed.
2. Gift cards, promotional credits, and store credits.
3. Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned merchandise.
4. Autographed or limited-edition merchandise when the product page clearly identifies it as final sale.
5. Sale or clearance merchandise specifically marked Final Sale before purchase.
6. Opened CDs, vinyl records, or other sealed audio or video media, except when defective or incorrectly supplied.
7. Items returned without authorization, proof of purchase, or sufficient information to identify the order.
   
   

4. How to Start a Return

1. Email: booking@seabmusic.com, within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, item name, quantity, and reason for the return.
2. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
3. Wait for written return authorization and the correct return address. Do not send merchandise to the booking address or any address shown on a carrier label unless Sea B Music confirms it in writing.
4. Pack the approved item securely, include the order information, and ship it within 14 calendar days after authorization.
5. Keep the return receipt and tracking number until the return and refund are completed.
   
   

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

For a change of mind, preference, fit, sizing choice, or accidental order, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless Sea B Music made an error, the merchandise was defective or damaged, the order was canceled because of a shipping delay, or applicable law requires reimbursement.

For an approved return involving a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, Sea B Music will provide a prepaid label, reimburse reasonable approved return postage, or otherwise arrange the return. Customers should not purchase expedited return shipping without written approval.

Customers should use a trackable service and retain proof of shipment. Sea B Music is not responsible for a customer-arranged return that is lost or damaged before it reaches the authorized return location, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Exchange Process

Eligible clothing may be exchanged for another available size or color within the same 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to inventory and are not reserved until the original item is received and approved.

For a preference or sizing exchange, the customer pays return shipping. For the first approved domestic exchange, Sea B Music will cover standard outbound shipping for the replacement. The customer is responsible for outbound shipping on additional exchanges and on international exchanges. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose another eligible item of equal value, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

For faster service, Sea B Music may recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. Any new order is a separate transaction and is subject to current price and availability.

7. Refund Review and Timing

Sea B Music will inspect an authorized return within 5 business days after it reaches the authorized return location. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. The refund amount will include the eligible merchandise price and applicable tax, less any nonrefundable shipping, unauthorized costs, or permitted deductions described in this policy.

After Sea B Music issues the refund, the bank, card issuer, payment processor, or buy-now-pay-later provider may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to post it. Sea B Music does not control that processing period. The customer should contact the payment provider if the refund has not appeared after the provider’s expected timeframe.

Refunds for orders canceled because Sea B Music could not ship within the applicable timeframe will be prompt, complete, and returned to the original payment method as required by applicable law. They will not be substituted with store credit unless the customer affirmatively chooses store credit.

8. Partial Returns, Bundles, and Promotions

If part of a discounted bundle or promotion is returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the price that would have applied to the items kept. Free promotional items connected to a qualifying purchase must also be returned in eligible condition, or their disclosed value may be deducted where permitted. Merchandise from separate orders should not be combined in one return unless Sea B Music approves it.

9. Gifts

An eligible gift return may be exchanged or issued as store credit when the recipient provides the order number or gift receipt. A refund to the original payment method can be issued only to the original purchaser unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Digital Music and Other Digital Products

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases of downloadable songs, albums, digital artwork, and access codes are generally final once the download or access link has been delivered or accessed.

Sea B Music will review a digital-product request when:

1. The customer was charged more than once for the same digital product.
2. The wrong file or access link was delivered.
3. The file is corrupt, incomplete, or cannot be opened in the advertised format after reasonable troubleshooting.
4. The purchased digital product was not delivered and Sea B Music cannot provide it within a reasonable period.
5. Applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
   
   

A customer should report a digital-product problem to: booking@seabmusic.com, within 14 calendar days after purchase and include the order number, device or software details, and a description or screenshot of the error. Sea B Music may first provide a corrected file, replacement link, format guidance, or reasonable technical assistance. If Sea B Music cannot supply the purchased product as described, it will provide an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact: booking@seabmusic.com, before opening a payment dispute so Sea B Music can try to resolve the issue promptly. This request does not waive or restrict any right to dispute an unauthorized, duplicate, incorrect, or undelivered charge under applicable law or a payment provider’s rules.

12. Non-Waivable Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude, limit, or replace any warranty, cancellation right, refund right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be waived. If this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law controls to the extent of the conflict.
